Made from silica sand and resin, resin coated sand is used in oil & gas well fracturing process and can increase production. In the hydraulic fracturing process, water, resin coated sand and chemical agents are pumped into deep underground rock by high pressure pump, the high pressure extrudes rock into cracks, while resin coated sand keep the ground rock from collapsing by filling into the cracks, it makes gas and oil more easier to be collected through cracks.

Wanli plant has an annual capacity of 120,000 metric tons resin coated sand with 4 automatic production lines.

Packing: 1.5 net weight ton bags, plastic bag for inner packing, woven bag for external packing. Other packaging are available.

Delivery: Within 30 days.

It will take 8 hours from Wanli factory to Qingdao port or Lianyungang port by truck. It will take 40-50 days by bulk cargo to USA, and 35-45 days by container.
